The St. Mary School Advisory Board is empowered to collaborate with the Principal and the Pastor and support the work of administering and leading the school, as it relates to the following areas:

• Catholic identity
• Academic excellence
• Fiscal management
• Planning and policy
• Institutional Advancement (Public Relations, Communications, Enrollment, Marketing; and Development)
• Member development
• Annual Principal evaluation and new Principal search and selection
• Collaboration with the Archdiocese Office of Catholic Schools (OCS)
