Tuition & Fees for Religious Education:
$200 per child
$75 Sacramental Fee for 2nd, 7th, 8th grade (First Communion and Confirmation)
$25 Late Fee (after September 1)
The goal of the St. Paul VI Religious Education program is to help your child deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ; we are creating disciples!  We understand that there is a big difference between knowing about God and knowing God and we strive to create a balance in these two aspects of catechesis. Every child is created by God and in His image and we strive to reach children where they are and help them thrive through a variety of learning styles and activities. All children are called to Christ and we want to answer that call!

The St. Paul VI Religious Education program offers full sacramental preparation for the sacraments of initiation into the Catholic faith; First Reconciliation, First Holy Eucharist, and Confirmation.
First Reconciliation
St. Paul VI Parish offers a two-year preparatory program for the Sacrament of Reconciliation for children. Children that attend Religious Education or St. Mary School receive First Reconciliation in second grade. Students that join the program after second grade will make special arrangements with the Faith Formation Office to receive sacraments.

Adults and teens are also welcome to prepare for First Reconciliation with us.

Please email us at stpaulvire@stpaulviparish.org for more information.
First Communion
The Sacrament of First Holy Communion is celebrated typically during 2nd grade after a two-year preparatory program beginning in 1st grade. Children who join the program after second grade can make special arrangements with the Office of Faith Formation for reception of the sacraments.

Please email us at stpaulvire@stpaulviparish.org for more information.
Confirmation
St. Paul VI Parish offers a three-year Confirmation preparatory program through the Office of Religious Education.  Students typically begin the program in sixth grade and receive their Confirmation in eighth grade.

We welcome all adults and teens to prepare for Confirmation with our parish as well.

If you are interested in receiving this sacrament, please email us at stpaulvire@stpaulviparish.org.
Review our Grade Level Learning Chart which details learning expectations for each year of Religious Education.
