BEDS PLUS Rotational Shelter Dinner Coordinator

St. Paul Parish VI would like to support the BEDS PLUS organization as they open their Rotational Shelters and are seeking cook teams.  Service Outreach Committee (SOC) has sponsored these dinners pre pandemic and would like to resume supporting BEDS Plus.   In order to provide support, SOC is looking for a volunteer who can coordinate 3 monthly dinners, 1 in January, February & March 2023.  Dinner dates for each month and locations (LaGrange, Brookfield or LaGrange Park) will be finalized once we have a coordinator. The coordinator will be supported by the SOC.  Here are the some of the details for the dinners.

• Servings are for 30-40
• Dinner generally consists of salad, main course (1/2 pound of meat/starch per person), rolls or bread, and dessert.
• Dinner delivered in ready to serve trays to the shelter location.
• Milk, Juice and a continental-like breakfast is also provided for the morning following the dinner
