Religious Education Registration

CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2023.

​Faith Formation for the 23-24 academic year!  There are two parts to registration this year.   This will let you update all your family's information yourself and make certain selections in your parish activities.  
 
The second part of registration will be available to you after your account is created.  Please see the directions below for details on how to register.  
  
Part 1:  Create a My Own Church Account
1.     Go to the following link: New User Registration (parishsoftfamilysuite.com)  https://chicago.parishsoftfamilysuite.com/Register.aspx

1. You will first be asked to choose an organization.
2. St Paul VI Catholic Church, Riverside (note there is no period after the St)
3. One adult creates their login, profile.
4. Please click Agree if it comes up.
5. It will then be submitted where staff will link it to your information in our database.
6. When that has been completed, you will receive an email so that you can log in.

Part 2:  Login to Your My Own Church Account to Register

**Please note that after selecting your session in My Own Church you will be directed to a Parish soft site to fill out an online form with the rest of the information we need to collect, as well as payment. If your child was Baptized elsewhere you will need to upload a digital Baptismal certificate, please have this on hand when you do this form, as you will need it to complete the process.

​Go to chicago.parishsoftfamilysuite.com/

1. Use the login information you used when you created your account.  
2. Click on the My Faith Formation tab.
3. Update any flags as well as your family information (including your kids) so that everything is accurate, especially with the emergency contact information.
4. Select Term (It should default to 23-24, but make sure that's what you are on.)
5. Choose from the drop down the grade and any other options.
6. Fill in any missing information for your student.
7. Go to Pay Now form to complete registration and submit payment.

¡EL Programa de la Formación en la fe para el año académico 23-24! Hay dos partes para el registro de este año. Esto le permitirá actualizar a usted mismo toda la información de su familia y hacer ciertas selecciones en las actividades de la parroquia.

Parte 1: Crear una cuenta de Mi propia iglesia

2. Primero se le pedirá que elija una organización.
3. Iglesia católica St Paul VI, Riverside (tenga en cuenta que no hay punto después de St)
4. Un adulto se conecta y crea, el perfil.
5. Haga clic en estoy de acuerdo si aparece. (Agree)
6. Luego se enviará donde el personal lo vinculará a su información en nuestra base de datos.
7. Cuando se haya completado, recibirá un correo electrónico para que pueda iniciar sesión.
 
Parte 2: Inicie sesión en su cuenta de mi propia iglesia para registrarse

**Tenga en cuenta que después de elegir su sesión en mi propia iglesia, será dirigido a un sitio de Parishsoft para completar un formulario en línea con el resto de la información que necesitamos recopilar, así como el pago. Si su hijo/a fue bautizado en otro lugar, deberá agregar un certificado de bautismo digital, tenga esto a mano cuando complete este formulario, ya que lo necesitará para completar el proceso.

1. Vaya a https://chicago.parishsoftfamilysuite.com/
2. Utilice la información de inicio de sesión que utilizó cuando creó su cuenta.
3. Oprima en la tecla Mi formación en la fe.
4. Actualice la información de su familia (incluidos sus hijos) para que todo sea preciso, especialmente con la información de contacto de emergencia.
5. Seleccione Término (debería ser 23-24 por defecto, pero asegúrese de que es lo que está actualizado).
6. Elija del menú desplegable el grado y cualquier otra opción.
7. Complete cualquier información faltante para su estudiante.
8. Vaya al formulario Pagar ahora para completar el registro y enviar el pago.
